Hi all,
I've been spotted a really strange stone:

Round brilliant
7.76ct
SI1
Table 72.1%
Height 50.9%
Crown 9.9%
Pavilion 39.6%
Culet 1.2%

Any sentiment?
Could this stone be recut to something else?
What could be the correct pricing of this stone?

Regards

Are they sure it's a round, lol? Is it a really old stone? If that can be recut you would lose a lot of weight. Do you have a picture of it? I'm curious, I picture it to look like a mountain maybe.

Don't think it looks like a mountain. But more like a plateau.

The stone is flat with 50% depth and 72 table.

Shallow/shallow combo with not enough depth. It will lose ALOT of spread and weight if recut

Are you sure about those measurements? Is there a lab report on the stone? Dimensions?

Hi all,
thanks for the prompt reply.

The stone is blistered so I do not have a "readable image".
It has a certificate.

dimensions: 13.56 * 13.60 (h 6.85)

Polish: good
Simmetry: fair

Report notes says: 1 natural, 4 extra facets

Regards

Publish the certificate and why not show us a picture of this weird stone we are all agog
