Unsure Diamond Studs Quality/Report

Hey all!
Currently thinking of buying my partner a pair of diamond stud earrings. They seem like a pretty good deal for a total ct weight of 0.76, however I have never seen a report before as I have been sent by the seller. Anyone have any thoughts on if I should potentially give these earrings a miss?

I have attached a photo of the report and the studs themselves. Any help would be really appreciated. I was also thinking that if I do buy them I would potentially get them refurbished to look a bit newer if possible.

Would definitely pass. The grading report in my opinion is basically meaningless as it isn't from a recognized lab. At approximately .38 per stone, there's not a lot of room to recut without losing a significant amount of weight. There are better performers out there.
