Unknown Necklace

Hello! My mother gave me a fringe looking silver necklace. It is not a clasp, but more so hooks/loops together. The loop design is a heart that has SK 1 written. I haven’t been able to find where this came from or what the sk1 means. Any help would be appreciated!
