could someone please shed some light into this hallmark please..its on a brouch

Can you get a better photo? I could barely tell that there are letters. Just FYI, a hallmark is not necessarily an indicator of quality or value; I am fairly certain that this is a piece of relatively cheap costume jewelry. I wouldn't spend a lot of time trying to research its origins (other than for sentimental reasons).
