unique three stone

Hi I was looking for a three stone where the side stones were open like the below picture. The problem with this ring is the shank is too thick. Anyone have any ideas.

Also the setting sits kind of high off the finger.

Contact WhiteFlash and ask them if they could do something similar with a thinner band.
