Unique cameo ring?

I have inherited this cameo ring, but I can't find any other like it. The markings on the interior of the ring are too worn to make out. Anyone have any idea about it? It seems pretty old to me.

But she sure has a distinctive koala like profile, probably due to the years of being lovingly worn.

No enamel, just bad lighting I really wish I could make out the markings on it!

I think 1900-1920.
Pretty, but well worn.
It looks like she has a sort of headband, or diadem. Therefore she *might* be the goddess Juno.
