Too true Dave.

Funny how many colored gem dealers complain about diamonds having centralised seling and being in over supply or even common. But then they do not examine the cost of discovery for each new mine, the typically $1b cost of building a new mine, or the much greater technology and quality that goes into planning, cutting and polishing a diamond.
And why? Because diamonds are worth more.
