I am trying to understand what this means. I couldn't find any kind of guide to what these numbers actually mean?

The crown height number looks to be incorrect. There's no way it's 65.6. Look's like you're taking a hit on the NAJA score because of the extremely thick girdle. But it still could be a beautiful diamond. There are lot's of factors that the NAJA score doesn't take into account.
