Do any of you have one of these GemOro steam + ultrasonic combo machines?

I want both an ultrasonic and steam cleaner.. I got this one off eBay, and it's supposed to be new, but definitely is not... I could ask for a partial refund, clean it, and keep it.. my only hesitation is since it's not new, if one feature stops working, I'm stuck with a bulky machine that only half works.
The other option is to return it for a new one or for a Jewel Jet since I now have the small, discontinued one from Sharper Image that is very popular here.
