Ultrasonic Cleaners?

Hiya, all.

She loved the ring, but now she''s asking now to clean it!

I scoured the forums and it would seem that an ultrasonic cleaner just may be the way to go! Apparently, getting over 42kHz is a big deal as is it being a stainless steel tank.

With that in mind, are either of these good buys?
