Well I went into the Jeweler''s building this week to look at diamonds. I already know the type of ring, setting...I will be getting for the engagement ring I just need to buy the diamond. I went in wanting nothing less than a J in color and around 1.5 ct. I walked about putting a $1000 deposit on a K. I am having second thoughts, specifically, I am worried that when it is set in the ring I will see yellow. I am going to ask for a refund already and do what I should have done, scour this website before shopping again. I just want to get an opinion on this GIA report. Am I getting ripped off at 6k or just paranoid? I am definitely not going through with purchase but want some feedback anyways. I think this site will be my new best friend.
