Trying to view diamonds but sites not opening

I was trying to look at a few diamonds but when I click on vendor a blank page appears. Help

When I get into pricescope like now there is an error icon in the left hand corner of page and it says done. So when I click on a dimaond vendor they all come up with blank page. What could be wrong. Never happened before.

Are you on a phone/tablet or a computer? Maybe try clearing your cache and cookies?

Still cant access any vendor sites when going through pricescope diamond search. When I click on Vendors diamond I like it comes up a blank page. It is my computer or vendor site. We have tried everything.

Can you log on directly to the vendors sites without going through the PS links? for example, blue nile is at www.bluenile.com..

I can log on to Bluenile.com but the diamond that is on pricescope is not listed on their site and pricescope does not have a stock number either when I click on the bluenile vendor. I am looking at a D SI1 o.52 marquise. It comes up second from botton of price scope page. For like $1303 oh and it is GIA I just wanted to look at it for a comparison to another one.
