Trying to replace lost engagement ring

We lost our engagement ring a couple months ago and have searched everywhere. We are starting the depressing job of trying to replace it. It is a unique ring I purchased at a Bailey Banks and Biddle in Naples Florida about 5 years ago. I have them trying to see if they can identify it but I'm not too confident since they have been bought out and are under new management. I thought I might see if anyone here could help in any way. It was a three stone oval ring, sort of vintage, total of around 2c. I see a lot of rings that look similar from the top but none that have the same design on the sides. Thanks!

I believe Tacori made that ring (or one very similar), I remember admiring the version with sapphire center stones years ago at BB&B. I'd contact Tacori and if they can't help, perhaps someone can make a custom setting for you.
