Trying to Find the Right Diamond

Hi. I'm looking for a round diamond, with a budget for the diamond itself around 2750 CND (~$2050 US). What do you think of the following? Am I on the right track? I've attempted to do some research but with so much information out there I'm not sure I'm focusing on the right things.

Buy the first one. Other's are not going to be eyeclean enough. It's a nice stone.
