Trying to decide on diamonds. Also is price ok?

Here are the diamond stats. I like both diamonds they look great on the brilliance scope. The first diamond I am concerned because of the I colour might be a little to yellow but the clarity is IF. The second diamond seems more balanced also looks great on the brilliance scope. They are both priced around the 2400-2500 Area. They are both round brilliant cuts. Any comments or thoughts on these stones would be appreciated. Are the prices inline with the quality and size of the stones?
