Is lab grown yellow diamond worth to buy? I have a $3000 budget. I want it with radiant cut. What’s the best I can get?
 
While he doesn't have any in stock right now, David from Diamonds by Lauren specializes in fancy colored diamonds, loves radiant cuts, and has been selling lab stones for a while. I'm not an expert, but I would go straight to him in your position. We'll see what the experts say.

I checked all those website and loosegrowndiamond. It has the lowest price. Does it mean their stones quality are lower than others?

Nope. Prices for lab diamonds are all over the place right now. So price isn't a proxy for quality.
 
Should I stay with HPHT for yellow diamond?

James Allen is overpriced for colored diamonds. I wouldn't buy from them because there are so many other vendors with more reasonable prices
