Trillion Chrysoberyl from WF is ready!

I've been away for so long that coming back to PS today feels like coming home again. Of course, one doesn't come home empty handed so I'll present everybody of a gift of pictures. I hope the glamour shots are good enough for now until I have time for my own photography session with my trusty antique Point and Shoot.

More importantly, I'd like to thank all the CSers who've generously contributed their thoughts and comments in making this setting just right, including LD who helped me post so many CADs for comments.

It's much more delicate than it appeared in the CAD's and I absolutely love the way the band edge is flat and not rounded.

Thank you to all for the compliments. And Rosetta and Aoife...good try but I don't think it's working. Trust me, as soon as I opened up the pictures, the first thing that popped up in my mind is the word "perfection".

Oh Chrono, it is truly a work of art! Your choice for the color of the gold worked out perfectly with the stone, and I will keep it in mind for my chrysoberyl of similar color. This ring, with your permission, will definitely to into my inspiration file as the ring is the perfect example of a complementary setting that allows the stone to be the star, while being a work of art itself.
