I bought a wonderful little charm from TrademarkAntiques on Etsy. The transaction was perfect - item description was exact, packaging was beautiful, and the delivery was speedy. The best part (other than the charm, of course) was that the day after I paid, the seller notified me that I had won her cybermonday drawing for $100 and that she would either refund me $100 or I could use it for a future purchase. I thought it was amazing that she allowed me to use it on a previously purchased item. Kudos to them and I highly recommend them.
