Does anyone have any information on quality or customer service of rings from topazery.com? I would appreciate any help!

I have never bought from them, but browse there on a regular basis. They have an annoying habit of leaving listings of sold items up for weeks/months. Frustrating, especially if it''s something I like. ;-) Their customer service was always good when handling my email inquiries.

I haven''t heard anything bad about them on PS; maybe do a search on their name here and see what comes up.
