@Arcadian, DH took our two sons to
FL last summer and remarked about the iguanas being like squirrels up here, I can't even imagine just random iguanas crossing your path or sitting on the sidewalk. It sounds pretty wild down there, we have a few interesting things like moose, bears, bobcats. The moose are the scariest, if you hit one of them on the highway they almost always walk away unscathed, the car is not so lucky!

I never understood birds until recently when my dad got a rainbow lorikeet, she is the biggest bully ever and completely fearless - not necessarily a good thing for such a small animal. I've got videos of her chasing after the cat, trying to bite him :lol:

This is a photo of the psycho after a bath in the middle of winter. Weirdo...

My old neighbour had a parrot as well, red crest with a blue body if I recall correctly. She was a very affectionate bird and loved a tummy rub. I always enjoyed when he would put her on my shoulder as she never wanted to get off.
