Titanium look a like ????

Hi! I need help. My soon to be husband and I got our titanium wedding bands and we love them. Here''s the probably my engaement ring , white gold, doesn''t look right next to it, I''ve been trying to pick out a ring that would go with the titanium but nothing at all expensive because I love my original ring and will always keep it - so titanium with a CZ prong setting doesn''t seem to exist - what material that comes with would match titanium best that can I can have just a CZ thrown in there in a prong setting - i don''t want to have to take the diamond out of my orginal ring

please help !!
