I bought this ring from Whiteflash.com based on the advice I got from this forum.
Compared to some of the rings here, the 0.616ct diamond is tiny but that's not what I mean; the ring is size 3.5 and looks like some little kid's ring..
I must've played with it for half an hour when I first got it, watching the fire play off it.. For such a little thing, it sure seems to throw off some flashes and catch the eye. I don't think she'll be disappointed with this 'little guy'
Simple setting - 4 prong platinum.
The ring will fit my left pinky if I force the issue but not my right. My ring finger size is 7.5.
I've seen her current ring but I was still taken back when I first opened the box to this little gem.
I see it's not easy to take good pictures of diamond rings. I'm quite impressed by the quality of some of the shots people have taken of the light playing off the diamond.
I'd like to update this thread with pics of the ring on her finger once I get it on there
