tiny chip?

I just noticed, after I looked through my loupe, that one of my side sapphires has 2 very teeny, tiny chips. Not scratches, but actual chips. It is hard to see with the loupe and its near one of the prongs. What I like to know is does this make the stone less safe? I already had them fix one thing and now this. I just want to make sure the stone is safe and won''t crack later on. I don''t know if I should call them back and ask for a replacement. I already waited 4 weeks to get it and then 1 more week for them to repair something. Please help.
