Hi all...I have a beautiful tiffany style engagement ring with knife edge created by David Klass. I'm looking for inspiration pics for a wedding band. Not sure if I can go with a simple knife edge because fiance wants our rings to match. Any thoughts? Pics? Thanks!

Your ring looks super pretty. I am surprised you haven't received any responses. I don't have any great suggestions but I used to have a knife edge E-ring setting and it looked just fine with a regular band of similar width next to it. Your husband could get the same style of wider width and they would still match.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I was hoping to see a bunch of pretty pics! =)2

I think it would be easier to look for matching wedding bands and find something that he likes that will also go with your
ering. I think it will be hard to find exact matches but maybe something complimentary (unless you both just go with
plain white metal in different mm sizes).

Here is what etsy has...

What about something like this...

Thanks @tyty333 , that Etsy link is great! So many beautiful ideas. And he told me last night that it's ok if they don't match, because he wants just a plain band. Now my head is spinning with all my choices! I just need to make sure it fits with the knife edge.

Hi there,

I have a similar e ring setting and have posted photos of my various wedding bands (plain knife edge, shared prong and channel set).

If you go with a shared prong, make sure you get a spacer bc your wedding band diamonds will eat at your e ring setting.

ETA I think all types of wedding bands go with the knife edge setting. IMO what matters most is proportion and whether the height of the wedding band makes sense with your ering. My ering is low set so my bands are low profile. If you dont have specs, calipers are pretty cheap on Amazon.

Hope this helps!

Thanks @boxbits! All 3 are beautiful. Love your ering. I heard that I would need a spacer if going with shared prong. I prefer the other 2 for that reason alone.
Thanks for sharing!

I love what David did with your setting! I think this classic Tiffany look is great with the classic Tiffany style channel set like posted above, they had an ad campaign around 2011 or so with that pairing featured and I have always loved it.

I am currently wanting the plain 2mm Tiffany platinum milgrain band so I think something like that looks great with a ring like yours as well, just depends if you want diamonds or not.

I'm not suggesting you need to go for a branded band just throwing those styles out there since your setting looks like the classic Tiffany.

@mustangchi , Thanks, I think he did a great job, I love his setting. I agree with you too that the classic Tiffany channel looks beautiful. I think I'm going to try some on next week and see how they look. Thanks for the response!
