Simon G., Knox Jewelers, and I think Beverly K (?) have rings similar in style (not exactly matching the Tiffany one though). I don''t have personal experience with Pearlman''s, but they''re always recommended here. They carry Beverly K. I''ve never seen the Tiffany trellis ring before -- it''s gorgeous!
