I have found some Tiffany diamond small hoop earrings for almost 50% off the original, new price. Based on the inflated prices of their retail pieces, would you say that paying half would make them more in line to what the same earrings would be without the Tiffany name would be worth (based on what you know about diamond quality of Tiffany)?
I like the idea of passing them down to my daughter one day and them retaining their value since they have the Tiffany name, assuming the value would be closer to this 50% off price than the original (if that makes sense).
(not exactly the same design, but similar TCW earrings at Whiteflash new are about $400 more than these).
