Tiffany jewelry & Emily Maynard

I wanted a layered look like Emily Maynard....I have a heart Tiff bracelet but no matter how much i clean it, it never looks brand new. They charge $30 + to clean it and said all Ihave to do is use the rag.... I was thinking of getting layered bracelets. Sterling. Any suggestions??
