Tiffany Infinity ring, diamond falls out

Bought my wife the Tiffany Infinity ring in February of this year. She wears it as a right hand ring.
Yesterday she showed me that one of the diamonds (about 30 in total) popped out of the ring.
I have to wonder if the shared prong design is problematic.
Took it back to Tiffanys and they are replacing the ring not repairing. I think that is good customer service.
I will pick up new ring in a few days. Here is a picture from their website.
Just hope this does not reoccur.

I like the ring Willydiamond. Glad they are replacing with a new one. And if it happens again, I am sure they will replace it. Great customer service! You get what you pay for.

So sorry Willy!! It's disturbing that it fell out in the first place. Glad they are replacing it. With the premium you pay, they better.
