Tiffany diamond inscriptions

Has a fake Tiffany diamond inscription ever been found on a diamond?

I have no idea if this has ever been faked, but i have several tiffany diamonds, and they are all inscribed on the crown, rather than the girdle, and the inscriptions are soooo tiny and perfect. I would think it would be a lot of trouble to fake, but I'd love to hear from others if this is a thing or not.
