Hello - I am considering purchasing a Tiffany Novo second hand. The seller only has a GIA report which they obtained. The GIA report reflects there is a "T&Co." inscription followed by a sequence of 9 numbers. I'm not familiar with their sequence system. I've tried doing some research and have only found inscriptions that read "T&Co." followed by one letter, then a sequence of eight numbers. Would anyone happen to know what the inscription should look like? For example should it look like: "T&Co. J12345678" or "T&Co. 123456789"? Or are both correct?

I did try to contact local Tiffany stores in my area and none were willing to cross reference the inscription number for me.

Thank you.

The Novo stone is unique and should very easily be able to be identified. Did the seller also buy the ring second hand and that is why there isn't a sales receipt, etc.?

Yes, the seller purchased the ring second hand as well. Everything in regards to the mounting looks correct. I'm only having trouble confirming the inscription on the diamond or what it should look like (letters and numbers or numbers only). Someone suggested to me that the diamond could have easily been laser inscribed. This has naturally concerned me, which is why I would like to learn how their sequencing works, or what to look for.
