Being a newbie to the diamond game, I also can't understand why GIA reports don't have more cut information on rounds. From everything I read, the additional info is critical in evaluating a diamond.
Tiffany's stones are cut by Lazare Kaplan. Now, I haven't seen too many Tiffany reports, but from what I've seen, most tables are 57 or less. Some stones were even 61%, though. I don't know if there's an exact rule. As for depth, it looks like most stones are under 62%.
You may want to ask these (??'s) to smoe of ours Tiffany nuts.
I have seen a fairly wide variance.
There are too many AGS steep deeps for my liking, and larger table sizes.
About 1/2 the stones I have seen pass my Ideal-Scope standard, which is better than average (<10%).
