I wonder how they’ll process returns in store that have gone past the return period when they reopen. I have an item I’m on the fence about. I went to return it last week but the sales rep suggested I try a different option for a few weeks before I made a decision.

I would call customer service today if you can. You might be able to return by mail if you make a decision before they reopen, theres no word yet if production is closing down.

Yup. I went over with a repair 2 days ago. Wasn’t surprised it was closed. The mall was a ghost town.
