TIARA 14K 300?

I am trying to find info on my grandmothers wedding ring that was recently left to me. It is 14K white gold with 3 diamonds (see picture below). The inside is marked "TIARA 14K" and "300" or "?00" the last 0 is half cut or worn off so it could also be a U or C depending on which way you look at it.

Is the writing is script or block letters?

Not exactly "block" letters, but they are in all caps.

There is a Tiara Corp. in Evanston, IL but their mark is in script. Sometimes, depending on the piece, room for the mark is limited and the maker''s mark has to be crammed in somewhere, somehow... Block letters could be for ArtCarved but they are the class ring people, not wedding rings.
