Hi nycgirl,

I saw your question in the other thread, but haven't had chance to reply until now as its my b'day today!

I'm actually in the UK, and my husband just happened to see it in a local jeweller around Christmas last year. I have yet to see one like it anywhere - there are a few with single hearts, but none with the three.

Sorry, I hope you manage to find one. I think its a lovely idea for a gift.
