Thoughts on why this diamond is so cheap relative to peers?

Any ideas? It's significantly cheaper which is odd, when I look at other SI2 with same specs, they are certainly not that cheap. Cut seems to be exceptional from what the HCA reading is showing. Any ideas??? I have a quote on a similar diamond that is quite a bit higher, so I'm trying to figure out if there is something I am missing here...

Perhaps it's not eye clean? since1910 is selling this stone also for 200.00$ more.

Could very well have to do with 'additional clouds not shown.'

SI2 is the point where clouds can definitely affect light performance. It's possible this stone is hazy or suffers other ill effects, as a result of the clouds.

You would need to inspect this in-person before purchase, as the clean plot + 'additional clouds' may indicate issues that the paper can't show.

My concern here is that I've been quoted an identical stone in terms of specs by a local "wholesaler", scoring pretty much the same on the HCA, closer to $7,600. Am I getting ripped off? I look online and I can't find any stones with that price. I saw this stone in person and it looked great but I'm reluctant to buy it when I see comps that are nowhere near that. Why would I pay more than I can get on James Allen? Ahh this process is going to kill me!

You need to post what you are looking for and have PSers look for stones for you.
Include your budget.
