Thoughts on this stone?

So, here I am realizing I'd like to propose next weekend (don't worry, I'm not rushing into anything, just had a lightbulb moment) and trying to find a great stone around 3/4 carat in a princess cut. This is not easy! I'm looking for maximum value so cut first, everything else second (which color likely being last). Here is something I am looking at through a trusted vendor:

Between 0.807 and 0.809 Carat, priced ~$2700
Dimensions L/W/D : 5.16x5.06.377mm with an L/W ratio of 1.02
Color: I
Clarity: VVS2
Depth %: 74.6
Table %: 65.4, sized 3.34mm
Pavillion Angle: 40.3. Pavillion Depth 3.08mm, 60.3%
Crown % 11.3
Crown Height: 0.58mm
Lower Girdle %: 0.0
Culet: Pointed, 0%
Flourescence: Negligible
Girdle: Thin to Slightly Thick

The stone is certed an AGS 0 and comes out an AGS 1A in all categories using David Atlas' tool, but I am aware that numbers are numbers and a starting point.

Any issues to worry about aside from a depth% approaching 75%? It seems I'm getting an extra 0.1 carat comparing pricewise unless I am missing something (which I likely am). Thank you very, very much in advance.

It will be set in something very, very simple. Just want to make sure this will be pretty spectacular.

Just posting this makes me want to jump out of my skin - in a great way. Very nervous!

AGS 0 princess is definitely your safest choice to get an excellent diamond! Nice choice!

Thanks, just can't decipher the ASET and Idealscope. It seems a bit underpriced compared to the 0.70ish superideals I've found (which aren't many)....just want to make sure it's worth getting
