Thoughts on this rock? Looking for a 1.2+ carat, I/J, VS1(?) for under $6,500

As in the title, looking for something 1.2+, excellent/ideal cut, completely eye clean. I go back and forth between I and J... obviously on JA you can see the yellow tint on the side for J's, but I can't tell how noticeable it would be in person when set and it saves about $1k... any help or suggestions would be wonderful.
