A friend of mine is considering bidding on this estate ring... Not quite sure if it is for a RHR or an e-ring. Told him it looks interesting though kinda overwrought in design and my concern was I could not really tell the cut based on the photos. Any other opinions?

What would have me running the other way is that
"all sales are final" from this vendor.

That, and I want to know for sure that it is a transitional cut...not what looks to be one. I don''t like the setting at all so for that alone I wouldn''t buy it.
