Can someone tell me what they think of this diamond, thinking of buying it...

1.41 G VS2
Cut: Very Good
Heart & Arrows
EGL cert

7.14 x 7.09 x 4.49

Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Very Good
Floresence: Very Slight

Depth: 63.2%
Table Width: 57%
Crown Height: 17%
Pavillion Depth: 43%

Girdle: Medium, Faceted

Scores a 3.2 on the HCA

Also, I am worried it might have a nail head, how could I tell this??

Run away.
EGL VS2 (most probably SI1-SI2), VG cut plus H&A (quite a contradiction)... very suspicious indeed.
And rather unhealthy deep with a huge crown.

So you can't have a Very Good cut with Hearts & Arrows?

Also can you explain what you mean by unhealthy deep with huge crown?
$10K a bad price for this?

Well, it is a difficult question... H&A more or less refers to the ideal optical symmetry. This stone (from the numbers) wasn´t precisely cut at all.
Actually I have seen many EGL certified stones with a H&A in the report. None of them was really H&A. Not a single stone.
Probably the price for this stone is attractive for you, but believe me most probably it really doesn´t worth buying it.

"Unhealthy deep"... I just prefer stones with the depth not more than 62%.

The price is good for a 1.41ct. VS2/G. The problem is that you will not get the VS2/G, but SI1 or SI2 and the colour will not be better than H.
It depends on you whether it worths you. You just need to know that you are not buying a VS2/G H&A. Decision is up to you :-)

We usually look for stones that are between 60-62% depth.

Which lab graded it EGL-USA, EGL-Isreal or another one. EGL grades loose compared to AGS/GIA.

You would be better off sticking to AGS/GIA like this one. Check that it is eye-clean

A really nice stone.

By the way, I suppose (as for that EGL stone) it is Israel EGL - it is their "special skill" adding H&A comment for almost every stone :-)

I think it is EGL Israel or International because it does not have a US or CA before the cert #, which I guess EGL USA does.

Thank you for your feedback very helpful. I have looked at the diamond in person and it looks eye clean to me. I am also not very color sensitive so I would not really tell to much from a G to a H.

Can you tell if it would have a nail head from the numbers given? Also is there a way to figure out the angles from the numbers given?

Sure, but they won't mean anything given EGL rounds those measurements to the nearest percent - and any calculations can only be as accurate as the input parametres, afterall

Eyeclean is subjective - be sure to examine the stone in a variety of lighting types, some types of lights will highlight inclusions more than others. I have found diffuse office lighting to be particularly vindictive.

Avg diametre = 7.115mm, Table = 4.056mm, (7.115-4.056)/2 = 1.530mm, 7.115/2 = 3.558mm
CH = 17% of 7.115 = 1.210mm, Tan(CA) = 1.210/1.530 = 0.791, CA = 38.3deg
PH = 43% of 7.115 = 3.059mm, Tan(PA) = 3.059/3.558 = 0.860, PA = 40.7deg
