I currently have a mined oval diamond, but am unhappy with its cut. It has a minimal bowtie, but seems like it has some leakage. I am wanting to upgrade a little. Thoughts on this one below. My current is .78 D SI1 measurements are 7.54 x 5.01, it is GIA graded. I know the one below is just a tad wider. Thoughts or other suggestions?

Have you compared to the August Vintage oval cut? If yes, do you prefer the A.V. oval or this one? You mention upgrading, does that mean you want to purchase through BE because that is where your current diamond was purchased??

@kgizo unfortunately the opulence ovals are over my budget, although beautiful. My original oval is from Lumera not Brillant Earth. I was having trouble finding an oval through Lumera to upgrade to. I figured I would look into lab diamonds which would be less expensive.

I don’t see a bow tie, but it looks like a black camera may be reflecting in the top facets which is making it hard to judge. Will BE do an ASET for you?
