Thoughts on this LG diamond?

my country is in lockdown and I could not get any images of the diamond. However a local store is running a good promotion online and I have managed to get the cert of a few diamonds. However this current 1 stands out to me because it has a HCA of 3.2. What are your views on it?

If you are using the HCA, look for stones that score 2 or less. 3.2 would mean "reject" for me.
