Thoughts on this diamond?

Pretty stone. If you are concerned about the clarity, I would ask WF to evaluate the stone using your criteria for eye clean. They are super easy to work with and will be more than happy to help you.

Just to give you a couple of options, check these out -

For $1k less - same size, same color, better clarity:
.91ct, H, VS2

If you wanted to up your budget by about $1k more - larger size, better clarity:
1.033ct, H, VS2

If I were in your position, I would go for the .91ct Brian Gavin stone. Equally great cut, but that one will leave you some extra cash for a really nice setting!

Looks like a very nice stone.

Thanks for that, just wondering why the AGS reports don't have the inclusions marked on them like the WF reports?

The AGS reports do have the inclusions marked.

For example - I can see a large crystal between 9 and 10 o'clock on the .91ct stone (seems like a good spot for this inclusion, i.e. can be prong-able). You can also ask the folks at Brian Gavin Diamonds to give it a look and describe the inclusions in detail, as this is an in-house stone!
