I am looking for a cushion cut, thoughts on this one? I’m still figuring it what I should be looking for. TIA.

Howdy there, and welcome!

There are several different types of cuts for cushions, but the one you linked is a particular favorite of mine - there will be a lot of large, colorful flashes.

Any of the August Vintage branded diamonds will have excellent light performance.
Here is a link to a video of the stone you are looking at: https://www.distinctivegem.com/coll...cushion-cut-private-reserve-lab-grown-diamond

I bet it’s a stunner!

I don’t even have to click on it, anything from August Vintage is going to be darn near close to perfection! It’s absolutely beautiful! How are you thinking of setting it?

It's gorgeous, of course! My favorite type of cushion cut.

Definitely my type of cushion. You can't go wrong with DG!

I’m not sure. This ring is to be an upgrade from when my husband were married 7 years ago. My current setting is a Ritani halo with an OMC. I still like halos but are those out of fashion now? Any suggestions for this kind of stone? ☺️

Not at all out of fashion! Lots of setting ideas in this thread, including halos.

Never! Halos are classic and have been around forever!!
