As many of you know based on another thread I started, I've been looking at several ACAs on Whiteflash and had settled on the following diamond as of this morning (thanks again for everyone's help!)
https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-3897227.htm
The only sticking point for me is the price. For grins and giggles (and to make sure I was getting the best deal), I took a look at Blue Nile's inventory this morning and happened upon what looks like a shockingly good value. I currently have it on hold and there are no photos of it online, but it looks great based on the GIA Cert. It's a 2.45 I VS2 with the attached GIA certificate. Can anyone see anything objectionable about this diamond? It looks like an amazing value based on my initial review. The HCA score is 1.3 and it gets a total grade of 1A in the cut/class screening tool. I feel that it should be eye clean as a VS2, as well. The price is only $21,255, which is far less than the Whiteflash diamonds I've been considering. Here are the stats:
58% table
60.4% depth
34.5 crown angle
40.8 pavilion angle
thin-medium faceted
No fluorescence
8.72 x 8.75 x 5.28 mm
Thanks!
