I think your name is showing in your videos, not 100% sure it's your name, but I think it's someone's name. I also like the 3.5

Thank you, all! It is unanimous. I was originally going for a simpler look, but I am convinced that the 3.5 is the way to go! Now, onto the negotiation stage...I will report back!

I have to say that I honestly didn't know if I'd have any responses when I first posted, but this forum has surpassed my expectations. I sound sort of soppy...but really, THANK YOU!

Good luck! Please post more pictures once you get it.

Trust me. For OEC this caliber (the 3.5 ct OP) the simpler way is not the way to go. Spend the money once that’s my motto. You will be happier in the long run.

OP, congratulations on selecting a really pretty stone. Everyone else, your comments were really helpful for those of us saving up for the future.

Just to let all of you lovely people know, I secured the 3.50! It's now being sized from it's current 4.5 (yikes) to my size 7. I am so excited!

For those of you who are interested in the vendor, it is Wilson's Estate Jewelry in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia. They are super nice! I think they have an awesome collection of estate and vintage jewelry on their website.

Here is one more photo (had to have a few more to tide me over until the ring sizing is complete.) I will post a few more pics once the ring actually fits onto my finger.:lol-2:

Yaaaay! Congratulations! I'm assuming the negotiating went well? Hope it gets resized quickly and you get to enjoy your new shiny soon.

Oh, and thank you for sharing the name of the seller. I've heard of Wilson's. I think they also list things ebay or somewhere.

Hi All, I'm back with a bunch of photos of the ring now that it is back from sizing! I'm really thrilled with this stone! The setting is also pretty unique and I've grown to appreciate it, as well! I experimented with some flower shots. It's been fun! Thanks so much to all for your advice on this choice! I couldn't be happier!

What a stunning stone - I went back and looked at the videos and it’s just got so much more presence than the 3.47. Great choice. I love how 3D it is even in the pictures, that comes through

Hi all, I love looking at all of your gorgeous OEC rings! I found two rings, and I love both of them! I have looked at these videos dozens of times, and I've even seen these rings in person, but I have stars in my eyes and can't seem to decide between the two. The rings are very different styles, and I'd buy both if I could. I've uploaded the vendor videos, and I thought maybe some of you may be able to point out features that I'm not seeing, and that would help me to choose ;)2 Would love your feedback!

3.50 GIA O/P VS1 9.25x9.29x6.3 tbl 465 dpth 68%

3.47 Q/R VS1 9.68x9.70x5.63 tlb 53% dpth 58%

3.5 forsure. The other, as already mentioned goes dark in the center.
