Thoughts on specs and look?

Note the diamond in the pic has not been set. The jeweler made the setting and had me take a look before the stone is set. He''s redoing the prongs as I wanted a simple 4 prong (the current one has a small bar down towards the bottom and I just want a simple 4 prong V).

Just wanted to get an opinion from the experts here and I know many like pictures

Yes, used the macro setting on the camera but it was still blury (that was the best pic out of about 10 ...the diamond is a little smudged because we were trying to get it set on the prongs and the typical tweezers weren''t working that well so I was just using my fingers.
