The diamond you are looking at is called a 60/60 which favours more white light return vs fire. We usually recommend a more balanced stone. What is your budget you are working with?

“Clouds not shown.” Others not shown. Seems like a particularly included diamond. I’d keep looking.

After closer inspection on the GIA report the inclusion plot has a knot listed so definitely a pass for me.
