I think it is very reasonable if all other factors other than proportion are decent. The proportions seem to be very decent and inclusions are to the side but you cannot tell what color the inclusions are since theres no actual picture. Since its a vs2 it should be eye clean but not necessarily. Hard to tell the optical symmetry as well since there are no idealscope images or even a picture. Also light return versus light leakage info is not available on the GIA report which leaves uncertainties.

Faces up a little small due to the depth. I never recommend going over 62.3% because the deeper the stone, the more it can hurt the face up diameter. If a stone has a 60-62 depth at that weight, it would be more likely to be closer to 6.4mm. It might be very nice, but you'd need additional info to know for sure as the previous poster mentioned.
