Does this stone look ok to you? It looked good in person, stacked up next to a 1.7ct F, VS2 with cut quality issues.

Been back and forth for the past few weeks over stones and ring designs. I found it difficult to work with my jeweler as he wasn't finding stones with good proportions but I think we settled on this. I'll be happy as long as I didn't completely buy a sub-standard stone.

Setting

The stone looks good! It has great proportions, and I think you'll be happy with the performance, especially since you already thought it looked good in person.

The setting is lovely as well. I love those tulip petal prongs.

I took some screenshots of the video to show the top, bottom, and side.

Ask for ASET and Ideal Scope images to verify that there are no symmetry or light leakage issues.
There may be some obstruction goin on, but that could be from the camera.
Also ask to verify if this is a Type IIb (presence of boron), since it's very hard to tell if there is either some faint blue making an appearance in the girdle area, or if it's just the light refraction given the photography and lighting environment.
If all checks out A-OK, then it should be a great diamond because the proportions and angles are quite nice.

I don’t really know enough to say but I love the setting!
