Thoughts and advice on a diamond

Hello everyone, new poster here hoping for some schooling. I have been reading the message board but was hoping for some advice on the following diamond:

My budget is around £6500 (approx. $8000) and I am specifically looking for a EC preferably with a LxW ratio around 1:40 to 1:50.

This stone faces up very dark. Too many facets are "off"/black at the same time. It is not a good stone. If you post your specs we will be happy
to find some well-cut emerald cut stones for you. Include your budget for the stone only.

What color range are you looking to stay in?

Thank you for your help Tyty. I was looking for something with the color G and higher and with a clarity of VVS2 and clearer. However, from what I have read, a VS1 clarity would work as well so I am open to suggestions on VS1 also. As the price dictates the available ct range so I understand that 'beggars cant be choosers'. However, something over 1.2ct with a 1:4 to 1:5 ratio would be nice. Again, thank you.

Thank you Tyty. It is beautiful. The problem with James Allen is that their lack of presence in Europe makes all of their diamonds about 20% more expensive than their original price (due to VAT). it is a little sad since I think James Allen provides more images and information on their diamonds.
